Top Four Social Distancing Events in Niagara Falls Ontario.

Please note that Niagara entered the Grey Lockdown zone as of December 26th.  All ticketed light festivals were cancelled.  The Winter Festival of Lights came to a close as of December 30, 2020 to align with the Public Health message of staying home to stop the spread of COVID-19.

The 38th annual Ontario Power Generation Winter Festival of Lights is Canada’s largest FREE outdoor light festival. Experience the spectacular displays with 3 million lights along the Niagara Parkway, Dufferin Islands and across Niagara Falls.

Wide-open park spaces make for easy physical distancing to admire the light displays or enjoy the festival from the safety, warmth and comfort of your own vehicle.  The Winter Festival of Lights is a free event.

Seasky International Light Show

Explore over 30 magical light displays on the illuminated trail that you can walk at your leisure. LED technology combined with creative artistic designs light the magical trail.

Enjoy the scenic outdoor trail with your social bubble. the Seasky team are taking every precaution with sanitizing and distancing groups that arrive to the show. Reservations are needed.  Seasky International Light Show is a ticketed event.

The Niagara Falls Illumination Board is pleased to present “Inspired by Nature”, a new illumination display showcasing colours and movements found in nature.

The display features the breathtaking colours of a sunrise, the aurora borealis, a rainbow and a sunset. These special moving illuminations can be seen on the Canadian Horseshoe Falls and the American Falls all winter long. These five-minute lighting displays will occur three times on the half hour, beginning at 7:30 each evening, with additional displays at 8:30, 9:30, 10:30 and 11:30pm. The Niagara Parks Illumination shows are free.

The Safari Niagara outdoor park has been transformed into a 3-kilometer, twinkling Christmas landscape with over a million lights. It’s a drive-through, touchless light journey, creating a wonderful, warm and safe experience for the young… and the young-at-heart.

Take a leisurely cruise in your vehicle and enjoy larger-than-life reindeer, teddy bears, ornaments and a delightful 30+ foot tree! You can really set the holiday mood with GLOW FM radio. Turn it up and sing along to holiday favourites. Glow Niagara is a ticketed event.
